The world famous Grand Prix of Monaco has nothing on the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach when it comes to picturesque marina views attached to the race course. Here we see Danica Patrick hitting 180 MPH racing down the Shoreline Drive straightaway toward turn one. This was the first year IRL cars raced here, the 34th running of this premier race, following F-500, F-1, CART and Champ Car appearances here. By the very nature of the layout of this course, various segments of the venue offer different amenities. Around this marina is one continuous party long after darkness settles in. One of the great features of digital art as presented by this artist is that he can place any car in this picture, as well as any advertisement, (as long as both actually appeared here) on the concrete banners.
